When the MC asked about where he went the day before, he anwsered that he had a very nice lunch by the beach in Sentosa, really wanted to visit Universal Studio but was unable to due to the tight schedule. Hope that after today’s schedule, he can go universal studio. The staff also bought him a Tshirt with ‘Best Actor’ printed on it from universal studio. Kim Hyun Joong also expressed that he wish to receive one of trophies of ‘best actor’ from his fans.
Ever since his last visit to Singapore, Kim Hyun Joong had been busy with his latest new mini album. He expressed that he actually wanted to have a mini concert in Singapore but due to his schedule he could not. However he promises that he will come back to hold a concert in Singapore early next year.
Kim Hyun Joong also revealed beauty tips to stay handsome no matter how busy he is, “I eat what i like, sleep and of course with the help of The Face Shop products.” When asked about what he will be auctioning later at the charity auction, Hyun Joong revealed that he will be auctioning one copy of his limited edtion album. It is special as the serial number of the album is before 100. He also expressed that he feels very grateful to be involved in this charity event to help the less fortunate, not just in Singapore but hopes to do this everywhere he goes and hope that everyone can show their support.
After the launch of The Face Shop products, Kim Hyun Joong also anwsered a few questions from the media reporters.
Q : What would you do to encourage the use of BB cream in Singapore as lots of people in Singaporean man does not use BB cream.
A ：Recently in Korea, men became more aware of their skin, and slowly starting to take care of their skin just like women. So I feel that Singaporean men can also take care of their skin by using THEFACESHOP products, especially the BB Cream.
Q: You have been busy with your Asia Tour so how do you keep yourself motivated when the work piles up and how do you relax at the end of the day?
A: Even though I have a busy schedule everyday, I try to enjoy my work to find the joy and happiness in my working life. I also find joy in having good food, so I try to taste the local food here to keep myself happy.
Q : Some people relax themselves by singing in the bathroom, do you do that or do you dance in the bathroom?
A : Since my job is to sing and dance on stage, so when im relaxing, i prefer to do something else.
Q : If you are going to Universal Studio, who will you bring along to play with you?
A : If im at universal studio, i wish to bring my staffs along.
Q: If you could create a beauty product, what would it be and why?
A: If I could create a beauty product, it would be to cater to people with busy lifestyle so it would be something like a mask which can give you a full makeup instantly to save time. I expect such product will be produced in the next 50 years time.
Q: What are your top three favourite The Face Shop products?
A: My top three favourite products are the Power Perfection BB Cream as well as the essence and the hydrating mask pack.
Q: For Breakdown, you have a manly and more mascular image so was it tough trying to acheive this image and how do you go about doing it?
A: I did lots of exercise to prepare myself for the mini-album image, it was tough but I’m glad with the results. Another album will be released in October so please look out for it and continue to give your support.
Q : Can you give some hints about the concept and genre of the music for the new album?
A : I cannot reveal much but the genre of the music will be funky, and everyone will be able to dance to it. As for concept wise, it will be very different from the Break Down album.
Q: You have your own album and acted before so what do you hope to acheive this year? Maybe you would like to try something new, other than acting, singing and dancing?
A: I feel that in terms of acting and singing, I still have much more to learn and have a long way to go. Before I try something new, I would like to excel in these two areas first.
Q : So how would you describe the relationship between your music and THEFACESHOP? How would you put that together?
A: I feel that both my music and The Face Shop product make me standout and is something that I can express myself through.
